I accidentally deleted my subscription. Have I lost all my Subscribers? How do I get it back?

Solution We do not delete your account when you cancel, we freeze it. Here's what you need to do to get your account back:

1. Sign up from the sales page again, www.wizardresponder.com , exactly as if you were a new customer.

2. Follow all the steps UNTIL you reach the page that asks for your address details. STOP there and don't complete the form.

3. Open a help-ticket and send us your new receipt number. We'll link your new subscription to your existing autoresponder account.
